Methods of delivery and payment
Delivery The desired products are delivered by FUN Courier.
Standard transportation is 30 lei up to orders of 300 lei.
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 300 lei.
Orders over 300 lei will be delivered free of charge, and for the rest of the orders the delivery charges will be applied, as communicated at the time of placing the order.
Advantages of sending by FUN Courier: Delivery in towns with and without coverage without additional charges!
Speed – Delivery is made within 24 hours / 48 hours on working days ( Monday-Friday | 10:00 – 17:00 ) Convenience – due to “Door to door” deliveries – The door-to-door delivery exception is unavailable in certain areas of the country due to difficult or restricted access.
In these locations, deliveries can be placed and picked up from the nearest FAN Courier agents.; Safety and efficiency; Online shipment status check.
Payment is made, cash on delivery or on account; You will pay the value of the order to the agent who delivers the parcel; Products will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of confirmation of receipt of order and individualized sizes for each product ordered.
Products will be delivered by a fast courier service or by customer pickup from the addresses indicated in the contact information.
Payment for the products will be made according to the option chosen by the customer: cash on delivery date by card payment by bank transfer to the company’s account – Unless agreed by us and a different buyer, we will discharge the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods and Services upon handing them over to the internal courier company we work with or to the buyer’s representative.
Valleventis will ensure proper packaging of the Goods and will arrange for the transmission of accompanying documents.
In the event that the delivery and/or start of order deadlines cannot be met, we undertake the obligation to notify the buyer of the estimated delivery completion date.
In the event that we receive erroneous information related to the invoicing or delivery of the products, a new deadline for the order will be established, which will fall within 15 working days. Order Any order placed on the Valleventis; Feeling website will be delivered within the limit of available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by S.C. IRIS SIMARA S.R.L., by e-mail, according to the stock of goods mentioned as available by our suppliers at the time of placing the order.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused to you as a result of non-fulfillment of orders for reasons beyond our control.
The Buyer can place an order by adding the product(s) to the shopping cart, then following the steps of selecting the payment method and entering contact and delivery details.
Adding a product to the shopping cart without finalizing the order does not entail the registration of an order and, implicitly, neither the automatic reservation of the product.
After completing the order steps, the order details can be checked in the confirmation message. The conditions for the conclusion and execution of distance contracts between Valleventis and you (customers, natural persons) are regulated by Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.
If you make the order / purchase as a legal entity, authorized natural person or individual / family business, the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 will not apply.
Only the common law rules of the Civil Code will apply. Price Price, method of payment and payment term are specified in the Order.
We will issue to you an invoice for the products ordered and delivered.
It will be your obligation to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
We shall not be liable for any errors made in entering prices.
We therefore have the right to change them or delete the product.
Products ordered by the customer at the wrong price will not be delivered and the order will be canceled. Intellectual and industrial property rights Valleventis products and all presentation materials on the online site (text, pictures, logo, web graphics, symbols, scripts, programs and other data) belong to S.C. IRIS SIMARA S.R.L., and are protected by Romanian legislation on copyright protection, protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
Any intellectual property rights, including copyrights and creative rights belong to S.C. IRIS SIMARA S.R.L..
Using or modifying the presentation materials or any information and materials in connection therewith without the written consent of S.C. IRIS SIMARA S.R.L. is not permitted and is punishable according to the laws in force.
Any other use of Valleventis product presentation materials, including reproduction for other than personal, non-commercial purposes, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior written consent of the owners is strictly prohibited. Force Majeure Force majeure is the unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties, which cannot be avoided and is declared by the authorized institutions.
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event. Applicable law – Jurisdiction This contract is subject to Romanian law.
Any disputes arising between the organizer and the participants in the campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts. Final Provisions The parties to the contract shall be considered independent contractors and neither party is granted the right or authority to assume or create any obligation at the expense of or to the detriment of the other.
The terms and conditions in this contract supersede any other prior written or oral agreements, between the named parties, relating to the subject matter of this contract and may not be modified or changed during the course of an order. Online card payment You can pay instantly, at the time you place your order, using your bank card, via the Netopia Payments online payment system (Mobilpay).
Your commission on online card payments is 0%. We accept any Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro card, provided it is valid, you have money in your account and your bank allows online payments with that card.
The card details required at the time of payment are not entered on the online shop page, but in the secure pages of the payment processor.
The card details are never exposed to another person and are transmitted encrypted.
The processing is done through a 3D Secure payment terminal (3D Secure is a security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard which, in concrete terms, offers the possibility to set an additional password to be used only for online payments).
