RETURNS Customer has changed their mind for no reason or sizes have not been transmitted correctly Products sold under the Valleventis brand are made to order, according to specifications configured by customers – such as colors and sizes.
No order can be placed before the sizes and colors (if more than one) have been transmitted and selected by the customer.
Products made according to the customer’s specifications and/or clearly personalized will not be returned on the grounds that the wrong sizes have been transmitted or that the customer has changed his/her mind in the meantime.
According to art 2.
Of GEO 34/2014 are “products made according to customers’ specifications – any products that are not prefabricated, made on the basis of individual choice or customers’ decision” and which, according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, are exempted from the right of withdrawal: “are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 with regard to distance and off-premises contracts the following: c) the supply of products made to the specifications presented by consumers or clearly personalized;” However, given that we want to fully satisfy and please our customers, the purchased products may be returned for modification in the event that they do not correspond in terms of size, but also if this is possible in terms of materials and products.
In the event that the products purchased have quality or manufacturing defects, they may be returned either with a request for replacement of the product with an identical one or with a request for the amount of money paid for the product.
Any notification of manufacturing defects after a period of more than 3 days after receipt of the products is considered to be expired. Returns Procedure If you wish to return or modify a Valleventis product you must inform us of this within 30 days of the date of receipt of the product by completing the Returns Form in your account on our website.
After analyzing the request, we will confirm the details of the return resolution.
Products must be shipped within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
Note: Products will only be returned to the address indicated on the Return Form via the return method selected at the time of completing the return form.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer requesting the change.
Products will be returned in the form in which they were shipped to customers within 5 business days from the date of transmittal of acknowledgment of receipt of the return request.
Returns will NOT be accepted for products that: – have been used / worn – returned products must be unused, with no signs of physical wear or damage – are not labeled and not properly packaged – it is preferable that products are returned in the packaging in which they were delivered We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return only after the products have been checked for quality and the alleged defects in quality or workmanship have been confirmed. Upon receipt of the return, customers will be informed in writing about the receipt of the parcel and will be sent the following information: – the deadline for changing the products in case of a request for a change of size – confirmation of the refund and the method of refund in case of quality defects or manufacturing defects, respectively confirmation of product replacement – the reason for refusal and justification for accepting the return Refund of product value If the return is settled by refund of the product value / exchange with products in stock, the following charges will not be refunded: – standard or express delivery charge (including in the case of promotions relating to the delivery charge) – bank charges Refund of the product value, except for charges withheld by the bank (in the case of payments made on delivery or by bank, to the account confirmed by the customer in writing within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt and verification of the product in the factory.

www.valleventis.com does not request or store any card details. Payment in cash/ cash on delivery When the courier delivers the ordered product you will hand over to the courier the amount corresponding to the order.
The amount of the reimbursement will be the one communicated to you at the time of placing the order and will also be mentioned on the invoice accompanying the goods (at the time of receipt or later by e-mail).
